Position Level Junior Executive Requirements * Minimum Degree in any related field. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel). * At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing role. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, good multitasking skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. Responsibilities * To check new Purchase Order (PO) to supplier generated base on MRP run or shortages base on customer PO quantity. * Update & check customer OS PO against company stock status. * Liaise with customer and supplier on material delivery schedule. * Deal with customers & suppliers. Qualification Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
